PPL are keen to secure a dedicated individual to join our small and friendly office to cover all aspects of office administration together with answering calls, booking appointments and taking ownership of their tasks in a professional manner.

Ideally you will have customer service focused office experience, excellent IT skills, a ‘can-do’ attitude, be friendly, enthusiastic and have a positive work ethic

This is a busy role so having good energy and a genuine interest in property is a must

**Must Haves**:
Clear communicator both written and verbal

Full Clean UK Driver’s Licence

Excellent IT Skills

‘Can do’ attitude and take direction well

**The Role**:
Answering calls

Diary management/booking appointments

Conversing with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors

Carrying out viewings

Referencing tenants

Creating leases

Preparing inventory paperwork

“One-off” admin tasks to assist the team

Marketing properties, editing the material and launching on websites

Key management

**Job Type**:
Maternity Cover with possibility of a permanent position

**Salary**:
£20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year, pro rata

**Holidays**:
28 days, pro rata

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and 4pm on a Friday
- Edinburgh City Centre

**Experience**:

- Office Admin: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

**Licence/Certification**:

- Driving Licence (required)

**Work Location**:
In person

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
