Our property admin will give much needed help to our letting agent and property manager during the busy summer months We’re super excited to give someone this opportunity so they can work in a fast paced, fun environment which offers plenty of personal and professional growth. This role is initially advertised on a temporary basis, however there is the potential for this to materialise into a permanent position.

**What is a Property Administrator?**

This is heavily supported training role which will allow you progress in this industry. A property admin will get exposure to all things property and will gain valuable experience in many aspects of lettings and management. This role is heavily supported by the existing team which allows a hands-on training experience. To excel in this role you must love interacting with the public and providing first class customer service.

**What’s involved?**

As a property assistant you’ll be responsible for:

- Conducting viewings with prospective tenants
- Handling administrative tasks (dealing with utility bills, council tax, tenant queries)
- Intercepting and processing a high volume of calls and customer walk ins
- Organising safety certificates and liaising with contractors
- Checking and auditing property keys

**Requirements**:
**You must have**:

- Clean UK Driving Licence
- Excellent customer service experience and an understanding into how valuable this trait is to our company
- A proactive, positive approach to any task you undertake
- Excellent organisation skills and are able to prioritise in order to meet tight deadlines
- Passion for being reliable, responsible and for exceeding expectations
- Strong attention to detail
- A confident communicator, and you enjoy working as part of a team
- Self-awareness and humility - you know that honest feedback is how you grow, and you’re not afraid to ask for help.

This is a temporary, full time role. We cannot offer visa sponsorship and you must be able to work in the UK.

**Compensation Package**
- **OTE ranging between £21,400- £23,400**:
