We are looking for a very special person to join our team as an office and accounts administrator.
Previous experience in health and social care is preferred and a knowledge of the Xero accounting software is essential for this role.
You will be working alongside our Registered Manager.
A brief description of duties would include:
- General admin and data input on our system
- Telephone handling
- Care plans and risk assessments
- Collating timesheets and sending payroll information to be processed
- Invoicing and credit control
- Keeping the accounts up-to-date using Xero
- Marketing the business
- Attending meetings and minute taking
- Banking
- Supporting our Managers
- Assisting with rotas, training matrix and much more which will be explained at the interview stage.
Ideally, you will be computer literate with experience of using the accounts software Xero and have a background knowledge within health and social care.
