**About the role**

As a Lead Administrator, you will be working in a busy depot, building rapport with your fellow colleagues and helping to support the smooth running of the depot's day to day, operational and engineering activities.

You will be dealing with colleagues and customers over the phone or face to face, completing daily administration duties and supporting the Depot Management Team with any other duties required such as:

- Supporting the Depot Management Team to maintain accurate records of the depot's operational and engineering standards and performance
- Preparing information to support disciplinary, grievance or absence management reviews
- Preparing reports by collating, analysing and summarising information
- Maintaining and logging all depot equipment and that sufficient levels of stock are available, such as, ticket machines, driver equipment, cash machines, ticket rolls etc.
- Managing lost property collection, following enquiries via customer services
- Collating and processing vehicle defect information
- Capturing and recording employee hours and attendance
- Covering the front desk of the depot as required
- Dealing with telephone queries resolving any customer or employee queries

**About you**
- Clear and confident verbal communication
- Strong written communication with attention to detail
- Ability to use numerous systems at one time
- Efficiency in processing information
- Ability to build relationships easily with members of the team
- Experience in either a customer service/administration role would be advantageous
- It is essential you have a car licence
