Our Asset Management Team is committed to delivering excellent service to our residents. We represent DAMHA at the frontline, dealing with a variety of compliance and regulatory issues. **Job Overview**
The overall role of the post is to assist the Asset Manager with ensuring the associations compliance with current regulations, compiling data on asset condition, and updating the management software with accurate data. Assisting in planning, to provide value for money and budgetary control on revenue expenditure and asset value, through identified efficiencies and savings. Preparing reports and performing analysis.
**Duties**:
- To provide administration support to the Asset Management Team.
- Checking and updating of compliance certification and assisting with updating of compliance records and expiry dates.
- Preparation of various performance reports for the Asset and Technical Departments
- Data validation from stock condition surveys and planned inspections, including updating and maintenance of asset database to assist in preparation for planned maintenance programmes.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency, through analytical reviews and understanding of maintenance trends.
- The monitoring, updating, and reporting of cyclical and planned maintenance works.
- To liaise with residents, relevant staff, and contractors during the completion of all works as necessary.
- To maintain adequate records of all inspections.
- Assisting in KPI reporting within the business and reporting of information to regulatory bodies.
- Provide cover for Customer Services department, interacting with residents and contractors, raising works orders, making and receiving telephone calls.
- Any other duties commensurate with the grade as may be assigned from time to time.
Pay: £22,489.00-£26,457.00 per year
