**WHAT TO EXPECT**
This is a critical role within the New Business Models team within the Strategy and Sustainability function supporting the Features Over the Air Lead who is responsible for launching our Features Over the Air capability.
This role requires an experienced Change Analyst, highly confident in documenting and managing change requirements across the business. They are responsible for the analysis, documentation and management of operational change required to deliver this new FOTA capability, working with our IT colleagues to ensure not only system changes are managed but also process, people and data changes are achieved in accordance to our capability roadmap at a global and market level.
**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**
- Support with JLR functional engagement on change impact
- Creation of FOTA briefing documentation for internal JLR functions
- Support capability analysis and scoping within JLR functions. As-is vs to-be mapping & prioritisation
- To-be state progress reporting into the programme
- Facilitation of finance strategy review (global and local) including the definition of the contract sale entity model, global cost attribution model, tax allocation process
- Local Market engagement: stakeholder identification and RASCI
- Inputting into our FOTA customer support strategy review (global and local)
- Inputting into our FOTA marketing and content strategy (global and local)
- Retailer operations modelling & revenue share proposals
- Inputting into our FOTA Customer engagement & communication strategy definition
- Programme change communications creation
**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**
Essential:
- Process change analysis (as-is / to-be)
- Process mapping tools such as Visio / Lucid
- Target Operating Model design input
- Previous experience of working in the automotive industry at analyst level
- Understanding of Commercial Operations
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, the ability to communicate and drive change
- Excellent written communications
- Change request process management
- Programme status reporting
Desirable:
- Understanding of impact to software products and services
- Customer experience mind-set
- Experience of Agile tools including JIRA, Confluence
- Understanding of e-commerce trading and subscription business models
- Understanding of Project Management methodology, both process-based and agile
