**Duration: 6 months, extensions likely**
**Location: WFH / Warwick**

My client is an international electricity and gas company and one of the largest investor-owned Energy companies in the world. They are currently looking for a L&D Change Manager on a 6-month contract based from home with two day per week requirement in theWarwick office.
They are looking for an experienced L&D Change Manager to devise their CFO transformation change training and adoption strategy, oversee its implementation, assess its outcomes, and ensure change is embedded. You will work with SMEs and the delivery teams toidentify training and developmental needs and drive suitable activities that ensure the readiness of the function for organisational, process and system changes.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Determining and assessing the CFO Function's readiness and ensure their capability and colleague development needs are met to deliver the Finance Ambition
- Working with and coordinating colleagues including, the People & Culture & The Academy teams and leaders to ensure the achievement of readiness objectives
- Curation of capability development and change materials and programmes to address specific business needs and working with the relevant teams to develop/enhance the material
- Developing a score-card to monitor and analyse the effectiveness and success of the training activity
- Continually monitor and measure the core teams to ensure adoption of the change is maintained and improved
- Identifying and implementing a wide range of capability building techniques to improve efficiency and return on investment
- Utilise LinkedIn Learning as a key resource for upskilling
- Managing colleague enrolment for development initiatives/programmes, scheduling the sessions and organising the resources to facilitate the delivery
- Work with the relevant teams to ensure we reach and maintain adoption levels and advocate continuous improvement
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Change and Readiness Manager
- Proven experience of working in a transformation programme
- Track record in designing and executing successful development programs
- Familiarity with traditional and modern development delivery methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, virtual delivery, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals/guidelines
- Good computer skills
- Good analytic skills
- BS degree or equivalent in relevant field, e.g. education, human resources, learning and development
- Delivery experience in a group business setting
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and others cross-functionally
- Ability to effectively organise and manage multiple development initiatives simultaneously
