**This role is a 24 month Fixed Term Contract**

Working within the NGET Cyber Security programme team, as our Business Change Lead, you will be responsible for leading and delivering business change activities supporting the implementation of new controls and processes and successful handover into the business.

**What you'll be getting up to**:

- Champion the importance of business change within the programme and wider business area to ensure business change management is fully understood and embraced by key stakeholders.
- As a Business Change Delivery Lead you will provide change expertise and guidance to support successful delivery of the individual projects using a range of best practice change approaches.
- Deliver high quality change outcomes across the programme, working on multiple projects concurrently delivering agreed deliverables and services working directly with the Programme, Project Managers, Sponsors, SME’s.
- Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness and go/no go criteria with key stakeholders.
- Integrate change management activities into overarching project plan.
- Collaborates with internal and external teams to formulate business change impact assessments aligning to project plans ensuring a smooth transition to new ways of working and transformation.

**About You**:

- Demonstrable experience in business change management within a large complex programme.
- Proven track record of influencing a wide stakeholder group to achieve project benefits.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Change Management practices, procedures and principles.
- Experience of creating and maintaining robust business change plans throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Competent user of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
