**Job Overview**

This is an office administrative role, with the main function to monitor the expiry date and obtain property compliance certificates for all properties we rent. The certificates include, but are not limited to: Gas safety, EICR, EPC, Fire risk assessment, PAT certificates, HMO licences, emergency lighting tests, smoke alarm tests.

**Responsibilities & Duties**

Reporting to the Head of landlord services and working from our head office in Luton, the role requires you to be responsible for monitoring the expiry dates on all property compliance certificates and organising access and appointments with our residents to allow the testing to go ahead.

Key Functions and Duties
- Our property management system will create a list of certificates due in the next 40 days, you will have to contact the landlord or agent to organise the relevant testing
- Liaising with the residents to organise a suitable time for the appointment to go ahead
- Update our records with the new expiry dates
- Save the new certificates on our property management system
- Book testing directly with external contractors
- Give feedback to your line manager to resolve operational issues within the Landlord Services Department
- Be an active change agent, seeking to support and promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Support colleagues across the business so that the business as a whole can be as successful as possible

Hours of work: 9.30 am to 2.30 pm

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £16,250.00 per year
