As the Property Administrator, you will contribute to our vision of being the UK's favourite residential property manager by:

- Provide a high standard level of customer service to our residents
- Close liaison with our Clients/Residents Associations etc
- Acting as the main point of contact for the Calthorpe Portfolio.
- Assisting with customer and client queries

The Property Administrator reports directly into the Area Property Manager and Director of Scheme of Management (SoM).

About You

You will be an experienced property / project administrator with a good understanding of the residential property management sector. You will be a confident and articulate communicator with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload. You will have a good eye for detail and the ability to efficiently maintain and update records electronically. You will be IT literate, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Main Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer services to the owners and occupants of all properties on the Calthorpe Estate.
- Managing contractors/arranging access for repairs.
- Prepare notices if there are urgent communications that are required and advising residents accordingly.
- Manage communication via the resident's portal.
- Assisting PM's prepare for meetings & attending meetings to take minutes when required.
- Preparing and issuing letters
- Raising Purchase Orders for contractors
- Arranging appointments/managing the directors diary
- Issuing letters on behalf of the SoM Director
- Any other task to support the Calthorpe Team and assist with personal progression.
