**Complex Care Assistant**

**Pay rate: £12.89 an hour, weekly pay**

We’d like you to join us at Jane Lewis as a Complex Care Assistant in Bolton

This role is to support an individual in their own home within Nelson, Burnley, so you would need to be able to reliably commute. The duties of a Complex Care Assistant include assisting with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, promoting independence and a sense of well-being. Training will be provided whilst working with the Client.

Shifts for this role vary depending on the individual need, however shifts will fit in with the following times:
**Monday -Sunday 7am - 19:00, 19:00 - 7:00am.**

**As a Complex Care Assistant, you will**:

- Be over the age of 18 to apply
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Have 6 months UK experience in a healthcare setting, offering 1:1 care
- Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sp0ns0orship.
- **Have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)**:

- Be available for full-time hours.
- Have experience offering complex care (preferred but not essential)
- Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
- Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
