Do you have excellent communication skills and thrive on customer satisfaction? We have a fantastic opportunity for an organised, detailed focused and keen problem solver to join this collaborative Customer Support team as a Customer Support Advisor on afull time, permanent basis.

**Customer Support Advisor Responsibilities**

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Quickly build rapport with customers to identify queries, upselling and cross selling where possible
- Respond to queries in a timely manner to achieve the quickest resolution
- Assist with account management, booking clients onto training and workshops
- Provide support to the Sales team to help generate business revenue
- Maintain the customer database
- Provide a tailored service and a product, depending on customer needs

**Customer Support Advisor Experience**

This position would suit someone who has demonstrable experience in a customer support position, ideally within an office or sales environment, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills. A hard working, detail focused and fast learner, youwill work well under pressure whereby accuracy and pace is key. This would also suit someone who enjoys problem solving and likes to interact with customers to help resolve issues and promote products. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and various CRM systemswould be advantageous.

**Location**

Based just outside the city centre, the office is open and airy and has onsite parking. This role offers hybrid working with a minimum of two days per week in the office.
