We are delighted to be working in partnership with a very interesting and well-established client in Oxford, recruiting for a Customer Services Advisor to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

- Act as first point of contact for all queries
- Build good relationships with customers to assist with their queries and identify upselling opportunities
- Assist customers with placing orders and manging their account
- Work closely with the sales team to update customer accounts
- Pass any issues raised by customers to the relevant department

This is a full time hybrid role, working hours are 9:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday.
