We're looking for a Data Specialist to join our team in the UK as part of our Operations function.

Your Role: You are at the forefront of customer data. Being the custodians of the data, customer operations strive to work with the account teams and the clients to understand their information needs, activate services to high standards and maintain the quality of the data as used by the clients. Working closely with harvesting teams to resolve collection issues for the customer, ensuring excellent customer experience with our support teams and owning the end-to-end of data completion, integrity and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of the cataloguing and matching of data
- Data transformation and quality checks
- Use attention to detail to spot errors in the data and take appropriate measures to fix them
- Ability to meet daily targets with an unwavering degree of accuracy
- Providing reports on data and problem-solving
- Providing support for client tickets via Zendesk as required
- Monitoring our harvesting platform, identifying scraping issues and escalating them to our harvesting team
- Monitoring our data ingestion services ensuring client datasets are accurately ingested
- Direct interaction with functions of the business (Sales, Product Management, Engineering) and with our customers regarding data queries and cleansing

Your Experience
- Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to connect trends in data
- Passion, a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals
- Excellent problem-solving and data analytics skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter, having the ability to manage own work with strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn required skills quickly
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally as needed,
- Logical thinker with some experience in business intelligence and/or structured decision-making
- Proven Excel and data analytics experience is encouraged
- Experience with database tools a plus
