**Our client is expanding their customer service division and are looking for Customer Service Assistants that have customer-facing experience.**

Through in-person presentations and engaging conversations, they help grab the attention of audiences across Watford, simultaneously increasing brand awareness and market share for their clients.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the face and voice of their clients. You’ll undergo extensive training to become highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable to be able to represent their clients in a confident, professional and transparent manner. In the first few weeks, you’ll be shadowing experts in the customer care industry who are trained in generating leads and turning them into paying customers.

It will be your job to make every customer feel special from the very first point of contact. It will be your responsibility to generate a buzz and excitement about their client's products and services, build a relationship with customers to gain an understanding of their needs, and in turn complete new customer acquisitions.
