Clinical Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care and support whilst following task lists and clinic protocols
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for patient visits
- Collect patient medical history and update electronic health records
- Assist with patient education and provide instructions on product usage and self-care.
- Take and upload before and after photographs to the computer system
- Schedule appointments, coordinate referrals, and handle administrative tasks as needed
- Work collaboratively with the clinic team

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professional
- Attention to detail to accurately record patient information and perform tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Some knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and other medical software
