Assisting in the Bid and Tender writing process.
- Obtaining, managing and checking information for bids and tenders
- from other departments as and when required.
- Compiling the information for the Sales & Marketing Director.
- Help with other sales and marketing activities when needed.
- Help with information for accreditations and awards.
- Assist in the development, delivery and co-ordination of incoming bid
- requests.
- Ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained in the tender/bid
- Establish, maintain and update a set of standardised answers and templates
- and store for future bids.

**The Role**:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Office Administrator / Bid Writing Assistant to join a dynamic and fast growing company. We are looking for this individual to focus on building and maintaining relationships with our existing customer base.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting in the Bid and Tender writing process.
- Obtaining, managing and checking information for bids and tenders
- from other departments as and when required.

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
