School Administration Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. The Administrative Officer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
**Duties**:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for upper management
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
**Experience**:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
