The Safeguarding Adult and Children Teams are offering a flexible hybrid role to be based at either our Lancing or Hassocks office alongside some home working. In order for the team to operate effectively, quality administrative support is required and seen as a vital and valuable role within this friendly team.

The post holder will work alongside existing admin staff to provide a varied, high quality, smooth running, and accurate administrative service across the Safeguarding team.

The post holder will need to be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and be proficient in the use of SystmOne.

The post holders role will include amongst general admin requests:

- SystmOne - uploading information and monitoring tasks
- maintaining Excel Spreadsheets
- support for training such as compiling registers, booking venues, preparing literature
- data collection and preparing graphs
- amending the Safeguarding Intranet pages
- arranging and facilitating meetings, including some minute taking

Due to the nature of the work undertaken by the Safeguarding Team there may be occasions when you are required to deal with sensitive and potentially distressing information.
