**Main Purpose of job**:
Effectively assist in the day to day accounts and administration of vehicles sold. Ensuring all payments received and issued are recorded accurately and efficiently.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Assisting the Auctioneer on sale days
- Updating our in house system with vehicles sold and allocating the correct deposits
- Collating the correct paperwork for vehicles sold
- Ability to liaise with both our own Buyers and Vendors ensuring all paperwork is managed appropriately
- Updating Sage with invoices received from customers
- Allocating payments received to the correct invoices
- Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as necessary to meet the needs of the business.
- **Essential Competencies**:
- Communication skills
- Information processing ability
- Numeracy skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable
- Excel and Word experience essential
- Knowledge of using Sage
**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
