- Previous Senior Operational Management experience
- Previous experience working in prints manufacturing
- Experience in using Microsoft office packages, particularly Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Commercial understanding in relation to customer need and the cost related impact of own actions and decisions

- Effectively manage a team of leaders to optimise output and ensure specification and quality standards are achieved.
- Work with HR to support implementation of people strategy process such as PDPs and PIPs, where necessary
- Support HR in the Chairing of Employee Relations related hearings, when necessary

- Work collaboratively to ensure success across production and all support functions.
- Responsible for identifying training and development requirements within the department.
