Senior Residential Child Care Officer

Set in a carefully chosen semi-rural location, this home provides excellent accommodation for five children/young people with autism and/or learning needs allowing for a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment, where children and young people unable to from families can be supported to independence. The process is supported by a clinical team.
**Job Title**: Senior Residential Child Care Officer (SRCCO)
**Post**: Permanent 40 hours per week
**Pay scale**:£28808- £32136
The starting salary is £28808 with an incremental rises following successful probationary period (6 months) and further rises for the following 2 years. Sleep in allowance is payable in addition to salary at £50.75 per shift and participation in on call will be paid at £21.33 per day.

- We are looking for experienced people who have a passion for working with young people and Children and who really want to make a difference to their lives.
- At least two year’s experience working in residential children's home.
Ideally for young people with autism and or a learning need.
Ideally experience of leading a team of staff.
- You will have good written, verbal communication and IT skills.
- Full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
