Our Out of Home business delivers a comprehensive soft drinks solution for customers operating within leisure, catering and hospitality. We offer the widest range of post-mix brands, frozen drinks and coffee, giving customers the right product for their own customers. With our national distribution network and full service capability for supply, installation and equipment maintenance, we provide a complete and credible drinks offer

**About the job**:

- Inbound and outbound calls to customers to increase sales and ensure excellent customer service
- On a call cycle ensure all customers have made their weekly orders
- Support the Regional Sales Coordinator with communication to drivers and technicians
- Enter the orders on to the system
- Receive orders from Customers directly and process these through the regional team
- Receive customer breakdowns and allocate these to the team on pre-determined territories

**About you and what you will need**:

- Excellent people skills - not necessarily from a customer service background
- Resourceful with good problem solving skills
- Computer literate, MS Office (E)
- Flexibility / adaptability
- Open, honest and approachable
- Able to build relationships quickly and effectively across all levels
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
