Irlam Associates are excited to be recruiting for Passenger Service Agents at Heathrow Airport

- Working as a member of the Assistance Team, you will be responsible for delivering customer service excellence to every passenger requiring support, passengers with hidden disabilities or those requiring assistance due to mobility restrictions.

**What’s on offer**:

- Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour (plus Holiday)
- Hours: 20 hours per week
- Shift pattern: 4 ON / 2 OFF
- 2 x Early & 2 x Late, 2 x OFF (Any 5 hours between 3.30am until 11.30pm, depending on client requirement)
- Weekly pay (every Friday)
- Overtime opportunities

Greet passengers and provide excellent customer service throughout their journey

Checking in of Passenger and Baggage for their respective flights.

Assist passengers with check-in, ticketing, and boarding processes

Asking Security questions

Offering and provide assistance to customers, including those with special needs.

Checking Passport and Visa Documentation

Positive reconciliation of Passengers at Boarding Gates

Making Boarding and Passenger Announcements

Boarding and disembarkation of passengers

Handle baggage and ensure proper tagging and handling

Provide information on flight schedules, delays, and gate changes

Assist passengers with special needs or requests

Coordinate with other airport personnel to ensure smooth operations

Comply with CAA regulations.

Comply with Airport Authority Byelaws

Comply with Health and Safety at Work act.

To undertake any other duties as required by management, commensurate with the grade of the post.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong Customer Service

Self-motivated and willing to work using own initiative.

To multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Previous airport experience is an advantage but not essential.

Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical skills: Ability to analyze situations and make quick decisions based on available information

Excellent communication skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication with passengers and team members

Customer service orientation: Ability to provide exceptional service and handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy

Attention to detail: Thoroughness in completing tasks accurately and following procedures

**IMPORTANT NOTE : CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE LIVED / STAYED IN THE COUNTRY FOR A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 3.30 - 23.30 per week
