Job Title: Customer Service Representative
**About Us**:
Skybreak is a long-established Customer Service provider in the airline industry, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and seamless travel experiences. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service and Airline Ticketing Agents. If you are passionate about travel, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.
**Purpose of the Role**:
As a Customer Service and Airline Ticketing Agent, you will work in a customer facing environment, responsible for assisting passengers with their travel needs, providing professional customer service, and handling airline ticketing inquiries. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greet and assist passengers at the Skybreak Customer Service desks at Heathrow Airport.
- Issue/re-issue airline tickets, process reservations and ancillary services, handle payment transactions accurately.
- Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and airline policies.
- Resolve customer enquiries, professionally and efficiently.
- Provide proactive passenger support and airline ticketing solutions in line with company procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate passenger services effectively.
- Assist passengers with additional travel recovery support services.
- Work as a conscientious member of the team to deliver our contractual requirements.
- Customer Service experience in the Travel and/or Aviation industry.
- Preference will be given to applicants with Amadeus or other GDS/Airline ticketing/reservation system knowledge
- Experience of working in Travel sales.
**Location**:
Successful applicants, once trained will be required to work shifts at Heathrow Airport within our core opening hours of 0430-2030 daily. Shifts allocated over 7 days (including weekends and bank holidays) and on a shift pattern.
We offer a competitive rate of pay (based on experience).
**Skills Required**:
- Previous experience in the travel and tourism sector
- Knowledge of Amadeus or other major GDS reservation systems and/or previous Airline ticketing experience - Initial and ongoing training provided
- Geographical knowledge
- Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Languages (beneficial but not essential)

Pay: Up to £29,000.00 per year
