Irlam Associates are excited to be recruiting for Passenger Service Agents at Heathrow Airport

- Working as a member of the Assistance Team, you will be responsible for delivering customer service excellence to every passenger requiring support, passengers with hidden disabilities or those requiring assistance due to mobility restrictions.

IMPORTANT NOTE : CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE LIVED / STAYED IN THE COUNTRY FOR A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS AND SHOULD HAVE PREVIOUS PSA EXPRIENCE.

Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour (plus Holiday)

Hours: 30 hours per week

Shift pattern: 4 ON / 2 OFF

2 x Early & 2 x Late, 2 x OFF (Any 6 hours between 3.30am until 11.30pm, depending on client requirement)

Weekly pay (every Friday)

Overtime opportunities

**Duties**:

- Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and departure gates
- Provide information on flight schedules, delays, and gate changes
- Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities
- Handle passenger inquiries and resolve complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure compliance with airport security regulations and procedures
- Coordinate with airline staff to ensure smooth boarding and departure processes
- Perform administrative tasks, such as ticketing, baggage handling, and boarding pass verification

**Skills**:

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and make sound decisions
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and airline staff
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in ticketing and baggage handling processes
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
