You will work with a team who are responsible for raising the performance of the shops and restaurants in the airport. You will act as the face of the Heathrow brand with responsibility for driving sales to enhance turnover and market share for the retailers in the airport. Most importantly, you can do all of this whilst providing excellent customer service to any passengers you engage with.

As a Passenger Ambassador you will be:

- Assisting all passengers with their enquiries by providing them with directions for transfers to other terminals, for Airline desks, toilets, restaurants, gates and information desks
- Assisting passengers with their shopping experience with any particular requests, guide and escort passenger offering a unique and tailored shopping experience
- Developing strong relationships with all stores across all terminals, providing passengers with excellent knowledge about brand presence
- Ensuring the electronic paperwork and administration work is completed accurately and contributing to improve the passenger shopping experience by providing constant feedback and consistently report to the Terminal Managers.
