You will join the Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) Programme team, which is a part of Deutsche Bank’s Global Anti-Fraud, Bribery & Corruption (AFBC) team. AFBC is part of the Bank’s broader AFC function.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Managing and overseeing the Global ABC Programme, including relevant policies, procedures, and key operating documents, ensuring it is in line with legal and regulatory requirements/ expectations and industry best practices
- Defining global policies and procedures, reporting requirements, risk appetite statement and metrics, assessing adherence of Bribery and Corruption Risk Management against the Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Management Framework
- Acting upon emerging ABC legislation and regulation identified under the AFC policy and governance framework, and emerging ABC trends
- Identifying/ defining ABC Risk Types, including descriptions, scenarios and key risk drivers as well as potential changes to the existing NFR Taxonomy
- Monitoring and following up on material events and emerging risks linked to ABC owned Risk Types, conducting Lessons Learned or Read Across exercises as needed

**Your skills and experience**
- Extensive experience in building and managing an ABC programme within financial services, preferably at a Global level
- Profound knowledge of applicable ABC regulations and regulatory expectations in respect of managing ABC risk in financial services
- Experience working within a regulatory enforcement environment and liaising with regulators and monitors
- Experience of building and leading high performing teams including being able to engender a sense of shared objectives and accountability
- Senior stakeholder management across business and infrastructure functions
