Taylor Root ispleased to be working with one of the most well know names in mediaand broadcasting to recruit a Data Protection and Compliance Analyst.
The role will provide frontline support on allareas of data protection but will also advise on anti-bribery andcorruption, sanctions, conflicts of interest, modern slavery and otherESG requirements, as well as overseeing the vendor due diligenceprocess.
Reporting into the Head of Complianceyou will be responsible for:
· Supportstakeholders to navigate compliant use of personal data fornew/existing products, services and changes to business processes
· Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and otherprivacy risk assessments for projects
· Drafting privacynotices
· Collaborate with other teams across the organisationon projects and initiatives
The ideal candidatewill have:
- 2 - 3 years experience.
• Experience of working in a data protection compliance rolethat involves the practical delivery of privacy and assessment of riskinto product or service design
• Good practical knowledge andapplication of key data protection legislation (including PECR), andan awareness of upcoming regulatory changes.
• Experienceassessing and drafting DPIAs and risk assessments
• Experienceof drafting privacy notices/policies
• Excellent written andverbal communication skills
