**Help Desk Administrator - Immediate Start**
**Location**: Bolton, BL6
**Rate of Pay**: £12 per hour
We are currently seeking an experienced Help Desk Administrator to join our team in Bolton, BL6. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated professional with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, who is looking to take on a challenging yet rewarding position managing jobs from start to finish.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Efficiently manage and oversee jobs from initiation to completion, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Maintain and update records with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Help Desk Administrator role or similar.
- Possession of a valid DBS certificate.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- More than 5 years of office experience, preferably in the Facilities Management (FM) industry, is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
