Our Client, a National firm of Independent Financial Planners are currently looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their successful and expanding Pensions & Investments team, on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a hybrid role; the successful applicant will be expected to regularly work from the office in Aberdeen - probably on a 3 day office, 2 day home basis.

**THE ROLE**
- Work closely with the consultants to support and ensure clients’ needs are met, this may include attending client meetings with the consultant(s)
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
- Manage all aspects of client affairs in a prompt and efficient manner
- Plan, organise and prioritise workload to maintain agreed service standards
- Create client valuations and illustrations
- Liaise with Providers

Develop and maintain good working relations with internal and external contacts
