**Oversight Administrator**

**Leicester (Hybrid role)**

**Salary: £22,000 - £25,000**

**Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm though can be flexible for earlier or later start / finish times.**

The role is to work for a UK’s leading business and you will be supporting with processing pension details and following workflow instructions to progress the pension to the next stage.

It is a hybrid role therefore 2 days in the office after the initial training period or if you prefer, you can work in the office full time.
- Your duties as an Oversight Administrator will include: _
- Processing and monitoring client cash payments, including external payments requested by the client, Financial Adviser and Corporate fee collections
- Reconciliation of client assets held on platform, together with all transactional movements
- Escalation of cash reconciliation breaks, both internally and with third party providers
- Provide support to the Operational teams on processing and reconciliation of bank transactions for various systems used
- Meet outgoing payments expectations
- Preparation of files for distributing RAS claims once received from HMRC in accordance with claim and reviewing anomalies
- Proficiency in using MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel
- Good attention to detail
- Skills in identifying exceptions to normal working outputs and the resolution of those exceptions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised and self-driven with ability to adapt to fast changing environment
- Ability to work well within a team environment and build effective team relationships

This may suit a recent Graduate entering into their first role bringing strong administrative skills or someone with existing financial and accounting skills.
