Receptionist / Administration Assistant

**In a nutshell**:We have a new opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our friendly Poole office. In this role you will work as part of a team in providing a high quality, professional and efficient reception and administration service to employees, clients and contacts of the firm.**:
**What you'll be doing day to day**:
- Ensuring the provision of an efficient ‘front of house’ service
- Greeting clients and visitors in a welcoming and courteous manner
- Assisting in dealing with opening, logging, sorting and scanning of incoming post, and dealing with outgoing post
- Managing electronic diaries and coordinating meetings
- General administration duties such as scanning, photocopying, binding documents and typing when required
- Assisting with providing refreshments for clients and visitors
**About you**:
- Proficient in spelling, punctuation and grammar
- Self-motivated, punctual and organised with a keen eye for detail
- Should possess initiative and confidence, and have the ability to communicate well at all levels
- IT literate and able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook packages quickly and accurately
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) minimum, with grades 4 or above to include English and Maths
- Good planning, prioritisation and organisational skills
- Reliable, presentable and courteous
