If you are enthusiastic, self-motivated, customer oriented, well presented and have a good sense of humour, you are just the person to fill the position of Receptionist/Sales Administrator within our busy Dorset branch.

A basic knowledge of computers (Microsoft Office) would be an advantage, however not essential, as full training will be given. The position of Receptionist/Sales Administrator requires you to give support to the branch Sales Team. Duties will include assisting the team by carrying out reception duties & general administrative tasks, sales administration as well as meeting and greeting all visitors to the dealership. We are looking for a friendly, confident and capable individual who can deal with all kinds of situations under pressure and remain professional at all times.

Key Skill include: Excellent Communication Skills, Flexibility, Excellent Customer Care Skills, Good Administration Ability.

**Main Duties**
- General Reception Duties
- Meet and Greeting Customers into the Dealership
- Ensuring the place is tidy
- Introducing Customers to the Sales Executive
- Sales Administration
- Helping to prepare invoices
- Ordering and chasing parts from suppliers
- Completion of all the necessary paperwork and input into the company computer system to ensure the smooth running and efficiency of all sales admin
- Promotion of the Marquis Group, its products and services
- Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times by following and working within our computer system and customer care programme
- Light office cleaning duties
- Going to the bank/post office as and when required.
- Performing any other ad hock tasks, as required, which will help to contribute to the overall performance of your branch and or the Marquis Group

Hours of work are Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.30pm.

Flexibility will be required around busier times of the year and when we have special events on.
