Warranty Administrator

**Experienced Warranty Administrator required in Poole, Dorset**
- Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 fully negotiable based on experience
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 - 5.30pm, No Weekends

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our clients friendly team in Poole, Dorset.

Our client holds over 800 New and Used cars in stock as well as having a busy workshop on-site.

**As an experienced Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for the accurate administration of**:

- All Vehicle sales
- Assisting and processing warranty claims
- Providing support to the sales and service teams.

**Responsibilities of this Warranty Administrator role**:

- Complete and process all orders for New & Used Vehicles sold.
- Create and maintain all stock files
- Ensure all invoices, tax and handover packs are completed ready for Sales Team
- Checking all relevant documentation is signed by the customer and sales team.
- Working on the DMS system to add workshop lines
- Adding additional lines for work required on sales cars on the DMS.
- Processing of Warranty Claims.

The successful Warranty Administrator requires previous experience as an administrator with a proven track record of Warranty work. Experience within the Motor Trade and knowledge of Pinnacle would also be very useful.
