The role will see you conducting research that supports educational enhancement at Kent, particularly at practice relating to assessment and feedback and its impact on student learning, satisfaction, outcomes and future success.

You'll be joining the CSHE team at an exciting time as our international reputation as a research centre specialising in higher education research grows, with the opportunity to work with members of our research team members as well as staff and stakeholders across the Education Directorate and the academic divisions.

As Research Assistant in Higher Education, you can expect to get involved in:

- carrying out high-quality research on educational practices, particularly those related to assessment and feedback
- undertaking specific data collection and analysis
- assisting in writing up results
- contributing to disseminating research findings through publication and presentation
- a postgraduate research degree in social sciences, education, psychology, or a related area
- previous experience working with academic staff
- excellent research skills
- the ability to communicate research processes and findings to stakeholders
