We are looking for highly ambitious customer service advisors who aren’t afraid to go above and beyond.

You’ll have a clear understanding of what constitutes great customer service and be able to deliver this effortlessly.

As our employee, you’ll be reliable, punctual, and flexible, appreciating that getting the job done well and to the high standards expected will mean being prepared and ‘going the extra mile’.

And of course, you’ll have excellent communication skills - written and verbal.

The customer service team are dedicated and strive to inspire our customers during their experience with us.

**What will I do in the role?**
- Have a ‘can do’ attitude
- The first point of contact for all customer queries
- Brand ambassador for your client
- Make sure the customer is at the heart of every conversation

**What do I need?**
- Experience working for a retailer
- Experience working in a luxury background
- Experience within any of the following: Beauty, Cosmetics, Fashion
- A desire and genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service ensuring an empathetic approach
- Outstanding social service etiquette, with the ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Works well within a team
- Confident IT skills
- Flexibility, professionalism, drive, ambition, and willingness to learn
- Great attention to detail and highly organised

**Education/Studies**:
Not essential, but beneficial)
- Graduated from the Fashion Retail Academy
- Communication Fields, such as Marketing/PR/Advertising
- Make-up Artists
- Qualifications in Dermatology or Skincare

**Working Hours**:
Part time - 20 hours per week

Core working hours: 14:00-23:00 Monday to Friday (and between 09:00-01:00 Monday to Saturday during peak periods)

Please note, training will be full time - 40 hours per week for 10 days

The working hours during training will be 09:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday

**Location**:
Remote (WFH) or in our Southend-on-Sea office

**Hardware & Software: Mobile Phone**

You **MUST** have an Apple or Android smartphone equipped with either iOS 15.0 (or later) or Android 9.0 (or later). This is required as part of the multi-factor authentication setup to safeguard your Ventrica account.
