**We are currently recruiting for a new permanent Administrative Coordinator for a prestigious Stevenage organisation.**

**This is a full-time office-based role, hours: Monday to Friday: 9.00 to 17.00**

**To join a small busy friendly team and full training will be given.**

**Responsibilities will include**:
- ** Customer service - calling suppliers checking on deliveries.**:
- ** Maintaining supplier records buy of an in-house database and also using Excel.**:
- ** Coordinating equipment breakdowns and arranging for replacements or repairs with the suppliers**:
- ** Supporting with petty cash and credit card statements**:
- ** Supporting with the process of insurance claims when required**:
- ** Covering reception occasionally**:
- ** Other ad hoc administrative tasks when required**
