**Administration Coordinator, Stevenage**

Hybrid role, working two days in the office and 3 days from home.

This is a great opportunity to join an established prestigious forward-thinking company as a coordinator/support administrator to the department manager in developing and delivering effective strategies and support frameworks for their members. This is anewly created role that requires a person with flexibility, excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

**Responsibilities: -**
- Create and deliver effective guidance material (e-classes/webinars/face to face delivery) for the requirements of professional registration.
- Producing reports including gap analysis reports
- Ensure that relevant data recording, reporting and analysis to support pipeline reporting and continuous improvement.
- Maintain regular contact with applicants and external stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships through regular and clear communication.
- Other adhoc administrative duties

**Person Specification**
- Excellent team-working and coordination skills and used to working in matrix-type organisations.
- Flexible to travel out of office hours may be required on occasions.
- Highly organised as planning and managing set deadlines is essential.
- A strong appreciation of the importance of excellent customer service

**Benefits**
- Salary: £26,000 - £27,000
