_Ellis Mason_ are recruiting for a **PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR** to join a highly reputable property management company based in Stevenage. The role will work as an administrative support to more senior members of staff and offers great potential to grow and develop with the company.

**THE SALARY & BENEFITS**
- Permanent, full time role
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
- 25 days holiday
- Salary £23,000 - £26,000
- Pension scheme

**THE JOB**
- Build and develop strong working relationships with any site and contracting staff
- Handling all of the day to day maintenance issues that occur, responding to the customer in a timely fashion
- Booking in and coordinating the contractors to attend site visits and fix maintenance issues
- Maintain constant communication with the residents to ensure that they feel updated at all times
- Keep a log of all actions that take place regarding any maintenance issue for future reference
- Handling each issue all the way through to completion of task, escalating when needing to
- Assist with the production of resident communications and leaflets
