**Role Summary**:
The Stockroom Coordinator supports the Inventory and Materials Management Team by coordinating activities for storing, issuing and maintaining inventory. Assists the department with administrative assignments while conducting various duties toward meeting the team’s goals and business objectives.

**Job Core Responsibilities**:

- Ensures that inventories are secure, correctly identified and readily accessible to authorized personnel
- Maintains control over various types of inventories (e.g., raw materials, subassemblies, finished goods)
- Conducts physical inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records
- Completes analyses of inventory levels and coordinates with production and other functional areas for requirements
- Maintains inventory records by established systems and control procedures
- Coordinates and communicates with other departments to resolve and close actions
- Generates required documentation or reports and assists in tracking department performance towards goals and objectives
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. May must work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary.

**Skills, Knowledge and Abilities**:
**Education**: A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations.
**Certifications**:
**Years Experience**: 2 years or more of relevant experience
**Skills**:

- Knowledge and experience in inventory and materials management processes and the ability to coordinate activities for a team
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize changing situations
- Ability to solve typical problems by evaluating and selecting solutions from established options
- Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to drive tasks to completion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
