The Project Administrative Associate role is perfect for a hands-on, meticulous, self-starter who would like to work as part of a small driven and supportive team.

Your deliverables will include the following:

- Assist the Project Manager and team in the production, maintenance, and storage of project documentation (physical and electronic) ensuring compliance with all requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Support and drive cross-functional project deliverables and collaboration with Engineering, Clinical, QA, RA, Marketing, and Operations team members
- Champion, develop and implement appropriate tracking systems to ensure documents are processed in an efficient manner
- Arrange meetings and write up minutes and actions
- Support document control and change control records as needed
- Carry out any other administrative tasks as specified by the Project Manager.

**What you’ll need to succeed**

You will be a passionate, self-starter with a positive disposition and someone who will relish a working environment which is focused on growth and the changes needed to deliver it.

Some of the key skills you’ll bring are:

- A high degree of computer literacy including advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite - especially MS Excel and Word.
- Excellent organisational skills and a methodical approach to work
- Be an individual who is engaging and enthusiastic and loves working across different departments
- Can work independently or with others to find solutions to barriers
- Should have resilience and perseverance to push delivery whilst also being considerate of other team members’ pressures
- Ability to establish priorities, commit to delivery and meet timelines whilst preserving the high level of accuracy needed
- Understanding Document Control or Design Control would be beneficial
- Experience working within project management, product development, quality or clinical trials within a highly regulated area such as medical devices or pharma would be advantageous
