**The Post**
The post holder will work as part of the Partnerships Team within the Directorate for Internationalisation and Partnerships, to assist with the coordination and administration, development and growth of Trans-national Education (TNE) and UK partnerships across the University. While the role will focus primarily on TNE, it will also entail gaining knowledge of, and supporting UK and international articulation partnerships. This will involve:

- Providing effective coordination and enhancement of required partnership administration in relation to University of Stirling degrees offered through articulation and TNE partnerships, collaborating with Faculty and Professional Services on relevant activities across the entire student lifecycle;
- Working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, UK and overseas based, to ensure that required standards of quality and governance are achieved in a consistent manner across partnerships and that excellent student experience is delivered and maintained;
- Working as a member of the Directorate in collaboration with Faculties and other Professional Service areas to seek innovative solutions to administrative opportunities and challenges;
- Promoting and working towards achieving the University’s strategic goals through the current strategic plan, covering both international and UK objectives from the developmental stages of exploring new partnerships to the launch of new collaborative TNE and articulation programmes, and establishing and developing strong relationships between institutions whilst maintaining a high degree of professionalism and commitment.

Whilst reporting primarily to the TNE Partnerships Manager the post-holder will work very closely with the International Progression/Research Partnerships Manager and the Partnerships and Finance Officer.

**Description of Duties**
The Partnership Administrator will:

- Maintain regular, consistent levels of contact with partners, relevant Faculties and Services to ensure a seamless and high-quality student experience
- Maintain and enhance robust administration processes for the Directorate
- Support the administration and data collection required to undertake potential partner due diligence checks
- Support the University’s quality assurance processes, partnership meetings, and partnership reviews
- Provide administrative support for Chevening and Commonwealth Scholarships, assisting the University’s bidding process; and assisting in arranging and organising the annual visit from the funding bodies
- Monitor student progression, attainment and experience and provide reports for the Directorate and/or Faculty staff as required
- Liaise with partnership students regarding the services available to support their learning journey and the quality of the overall learning experience
- Work with Academic Registry to facilitate the smooth enrolment of partnership students onto programmes and modules
- Work with the TNE Partnerships Manager, International Progression/Research Partnerships Manager, Head of Partnerships and Faculties to process the renewal or establishment of partnership agreements
- Work collaboratively with the TNE Partnerships Manager, Faculties and other Services to enact an effective partnership life-cycle management system
- Liaise with Faculties and Communications, Marketing and Recruitment (CMR) to support promotional activities at partner institutions and make administrative and logistic arrangements for overseas partnership trips
- Assist in organising and running events such as visiting delegations, summer schools etc. This may include organising travel, accommodation and itineraries, and may require occasional weekend or evening work
- Undertake any other duties and tasks as reasonably requested by the Head of Partnerships and the line manager

**Essential Criteria**
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- A highly competent user of the MS Office 365 suite with proven administrative experience
- Track record of working with people from differing backgrounds, cultures and countries
- Evidenced ability to work unsupervised, using own initiative and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Sustained evidence of teamwork, inter-personal and creative problem-solving skills

**Desirable Criteria**
- Experience working in a Higher Education Institution’s Quality Office and/or Partnership Office either centrally or based at a Faculty
- Experience with partnership development and liaison
- Knowledge of the UK National Qualification Frameworks and QAA Quality Code
- Personal experience studying/living abroad
- Experience with TNE, progression or articulation partnership development and management
