**Responsibilities**:

- Provide emotional support to the bereaved and to the staff.
- Be aware of grief and its impact on the bereaved.
- Be aware of the stages of grief and their impact.
- Be aware of methods to support grieving.
- Work as part of a team with funeral directors and funeral home staff to provide timely and comprehensive bereavement services.

Pay: £22,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Funeral Arranger: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Funeral Sector: 2 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 22/05/2023
