**Salary**: Circa £27,000 per annum

**Essential Skills needed**:

- Caring and compassionate personality
- Good telephone manner
- Working with bereaved families to help them plan funerals
- Ability to self-manage
- A high level of organisation skills
- A high level of communication
- Absolute attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Administrative ability, with an understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
