**Job Summary**

At Automated Analytics, the Customer360 platform allows customers to automatically attribute all the online and offline sales that are generated, to their click source and then use this data to reduce advertising wastage and generate more conversions.

Key to this success is Automated Analytics’ ability to build strong customer advocacy and the customer success team are key to achieving this through their work to nurture relationships and ensure customer success.

With a focus on achieving an outstanding customer experience the role of the Customer Success Executive is to develop strong customer relationships, working with Automated Analytics’ Standard level customer base to understand their strategic objectives and vision and how our products and services can help them to achieve this.

The Customer Success Executive shall support customers in driving best practice and value from Automated Analytics’ solutions, ensuring solutions have maximum impact to individual organisational issues.

The Customer Success Executive is responsible for the onboarding of new customers, to ensure a timely and efficient onboarding experience, and shall support the customer into their adoption phase to ensure the retention of recurring revenue and growth of our Standard level customers.

The Customer Success Executive shall serve as a primary contact throughout the customer lifecycle both for the customer and internally by representing the interests at stakeholder meetings and being the ‘voice of the customer’.

**Job details**:
Your key responsibilities are to competently carry out all requirements as set below:

- To provide the Customer Success service to Automated Analytics
- standard level customers, with medium value potential to ensure renewal, customer advocacy and growth.
- To support customers in their readiness for change, prepare for new market strategy and solutions.
- Increase level of interaction and engagement with Automated Analytics and customer community.
- To act as the ‘voice of the customer’ and provide feedback on product functionality, internal readiness, product adoption and customer feedback.

**Role Deliverables**
- Opportunities for increasing customer contract value are identified.
- An understanding of the entire customer landscape is evident, allowing management of a holistic view of the customer to allow pro-active intervention.
- Customers are proactively supported in driving best practice and value from Automated Analytics’ solutions by representation of the customer voice and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Customer best practice is shared with the customer community.
- Quantitative and qualitative outputs are captured from projects and used to produce case studies, news articles and referenceable sites.

**Requirements / Qualifications**

**Essential**
- Educated to A-level or a minimum of 1 year’s experience working withing Customer Success, Account Management or Customer Service
- Ability to work at both strategic and tactical
- Creative and forward thinking
- A team player with the ability to prioritise and support the team to achieve common goals and successful projects.
- Flexibility and the ability to be responsive to shifting priorities and remain positive in a changing environment.

**Desirable**:

- Experience within Digital Marketing
- Strong presentation skills
