**Job summary**:
The 3rd (United Kingdom) Division, based at the heart of the British Army on Salisbury Plain, is the only Division at continual operational readiness in the UK.

'The Iron Division' delivers a combined arms warfighting capability expert in manoeuvring across multiple domains. The Div is made up from the 1st Deep Reconnaissance Strike Brigade Combat Team, 12th Armoured Brigade Combat Team, 20th Armoured Brigade Combat Team, 101 Operational Sustainment Brigade, 7 Signals Group. 7 Air Defence Group and 25 (Close Support) Engineer Group, 4 Military Intelligence Battalion and 7 Military Intelligence Battalion.

The positions available are spread across Salisbury Plains within 3rd UK Division’s Brigades and Units.

This position is advertised at 37 hours per week

**Job description**:
3 (UK) Division currently has vacancies spread across Salisbury Plains and we are looking for enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated individuals with strong IT and communication skills to join our team. The ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines is key along with strong interpersonal skills.

If this sounds like you, we have a number of positions available delivering a wide portfolio of administrative tasks where you will be supporting the day-to-day functioning of 3 UK Division’s units and the delivery of Defence outputs.

**Person specification**:
Dependent on the positions available within your area an example of the responsibilities that may be required include:

- Monitoring of a group mailbox.
- Arranging travel for military personnel via approved channels.
- Administration of documents and record management in accordance with policy.
- The maintenance of unit SharePoint sites.
- Electronic and manual filing systems in accordance with policy and legislation.
- General office duties including note taking, drafting letters, scanning.
- Undertake regular compliance and assurance checks on military specific systems - full training will be given.

**Essential Criteria**:

- IT Literate with Microsoft packages (i.e. Outlook, word, excel).
- Good verbal and written communication skills
