Male Mental Health Support Worker

Main Responsibilities
As a Support Worker within Gray Healthcare you will join a specialist team supporting an individual within their own home. We support people with complex needs, who may have a Learning Disability, Autism, Personality Disorder, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Substance Misuse issues, and people whom require support with their Mental Health.
You will be an instrumental part of the team and will receive outstanding clinical support, leadership and person-centred training. In this role you will support an individual to develop or regain life skills, assisting participation in community life by building strong and trusting working relationships.
**About you**
- We are looking for people who have worked in social care previously, ideally with autism experience.
- You must have current Right to Work in the UK and have been employed in the UK for at least 6 months. **We no longer have any certificates of sponsorship available.**

- TEAMS interview with Community Support Manager
- Compliance & Background checks including employment references, Right To Work checks and Enhanced DBS.

Job Introduction
Gray Healthcare are supporting a young man in Runcorn who has complex mental health needs. We are looking for a **Mental Health Support Worker **who has **experience in complex cases** to join this specialist team. The person we support lives in his own property and you will encourage him in his favourite activities such as rugby, going to the gym and a newly found interest in cooking.
Shifts are 12 hours and sleep shifts are available too, paid at a generous fixed rate.
This role is **male only**.
