How you can expect to spend your day:
The Solution Consulting Specialist will be trained to be an advanced/expert level knowledge of the business and our partner software solutions and participates in sales cycles as a member of the account team in support of the sales account strategy.
A Solution Consultant Specialist interacts with prospective customers through executive meetings, discovery conversations, solution demonstrations, executive presentations and follow-up discussions. During the RFx processes the Solution Consultant will respondto functional,
security and technical parts of the tenders ensuring the platform is differentiated from the competition. The Primary role of the Solution Consultant Specialist during an active sales cycle is to gain acceptance from the customer that the solution can solvethe customer’s problem and is the right choice over the other competitive offerings.

Deal Support:

- Compose and deliver superior sales presentations covering the business and partner software solutions to prospective customer audiences. Ability to effectively present to customers onsite or "remotely" using virtual technologies.
- Preparation includes personalization of materials and the software solution to ensure delivery of a simple, appealing and compelling customer presentation.
- ’Hands on’ capabilities to lead POC’s and product demonstrations
- Functional solution configuration and the ability to work with Professional Services and Engineering to deliver demonstrations for Technical Integrations (e.g. integrating data from a data lake)
- Respond to RFxs from prospects covering functional, security and technical aspects of the solution. Build personalized collateral to support the proposal where needed.
- Create Videos to demonstrate the solution (e.g using OBS).
- In advance of a demonstration or key presentation, conduct discovery sessions with representatives from the prospective customer in order to build relationships with the customer and understand their unique needs.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of the company solutions and appropriate industries in order to maintain credibility with prospective customers. Provide proof points with relevant customer stories.
- The ability to articulate the business case showing the value we deliver.
- Provide limited post-sale support to key customers primarily to the project/implementation team to ensure a smooth transition.
- Effectively leverage other teams who will collaborate with you to support presales success (e.g Sales, Engineering, Professional Services & Marketing).

Demand Generation
- Support one-to-many sales and marketing events both on-site and remotely.
- Lead & support workshops to promote new and innovative solutions for customers and prospects.

Sales Readiness
- Develop close relationships with the sales teams in order to promote effective sales methodologies

Participate in demo system design and planning and configuration of new environments for use by prospects or in POCs. Participate in new product release input and testing and training of peers.
