As a Medical Records Administrator at our Newcastle Hospital, you’ll bring a keen eye for detail, strong secretarial skills and great communication abilities. You’re proficient with Microsoft Office, comfortable working with numbers and you’re committed to providing our teams with the best level of support. That’s why we’re looking for someone who brings a blend of strong administration skills and a passion for exceptional customer care to join us.

**As a Medical Records Administrator you will**:

- As a member of the Medical Records team, you play an integral role within the patient journey, creating and maintain medical notes for all patients at the Hospital.
- You will be required to liaise with all departments within the hospital to ensure the patient notes are available throughout their journey in a timely manner, so good communication and organisation skills are imperative.
- Maintaining a high quality of attention to detail is integral to ensuring that the patient notes are kept up to date and in correct order for all stages of the patient journey.
